Booking

What is required to book my wedding with you?

In order to officially book me as your bridal makeup artist, I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to secure your date. No dates will be held until both have been completed. 

is there a minimum and maximum number of services i can book?

For on-site booking, I have a 3 service minimum. If you would like to book for on-site service under 3 services, there is a $200 convenience fee. I am a solo artist, therefore my maximum number of services (makeup applications) is 8. This is to ensure nobody gets a rushed makeup application and the getting ready portion of the day is not extremely long for you and your party as well.

can i remove or add services if someone changes their mind?

Unfortunately, the number of services booked at the time you submit your signed contract cannot be reduced. We suggest only committing to services you know of for sure. Services can be added on later, however, up to 8 max. 

How far in advance can i book?

My books open in January for the following year. Ex: Books open in January 2026 for the 2027 season. 

Travel 

Do you have a travel fee?

Yes, there is a travel fee of $1/mile round trip from my Port Orchard studio. 
*Please note: I require a minimum of 3 services to travel on-site. If fewer than 3 services are booked, a $200 convenience fee applies for on-site service. 

Where do you travel?

I will travel anywhere, however locations more than 80 miles one-way from my Port Orchard studio require provided overnight accommodations.

Preview Appointments & Services

Where will my preview appointment take place?

All preview appointments take place at my studio in Port Orchard, WA. Preview appointments are about 1.5 hours long.

if i don't want to do a preview appointment before the wedding, will that lower the cost?

Preview appointments re complimentary and do not change the cost of the service. This is because it's not only a great opportunity for you to see the look and feel confident ahead of time-- it's also incredibly helpful for me as your artist. During the preview, I get to know your skin, how products wear on you, and what adjustments might be needed to make sure everything looks flawless and lasts beautifully on your big day.

how long do services take?

Event makeup services and bridesmaids/mothers take 45-50 mins. 
Bridal makeup takes 60-75 minutes. 

Cancellation

What is your cancellation policy?

The booking deposit is non-refundable, as I reserve the date to work specifically with you and turn down all other work that day. In the event you need to cancel and have paid in full, cancellations up to 90 days prior to the wedding date will be refunded 50% off the total, less the booking deposit. Cancellations within 90 days prior to the wedding date will not receive a refund.
